二 | 14点，断桥和白堤上，景区保安一边巡逻劝导，一边用扩音喇叭提醒游客，远离湖边、树下和堤岸周边，建议尽快返程。

三 | 白堤上风大雨急，游客们只能顶风冒雨前行，一些人手中的雨伞被风吹得变形。记者看到，一辆环卫三轮车上，放着一堆从垃圾箱和路边清理收集来的雨伞，装满整整一车，几乎都是被风吹坏后丢弃的。环卫工人说，光白堤这段路，一天就能清理上百把。

四 | 16点，西湖景区对白堤、苏堤区域实施临时管控。断桥入口设置了围栏，禁止游客进入，景区民警也劝离还在白堤上的游客。台风来势凶猛，西湖景区各部门闻风而动，随时出击，应对各种突发险情。昨天15点半，白堤一株柳树的一段枝干被风吹断，景区园林工人随即赶到，迅速处置完毕。16点多，记者途经西湖边北山街时，看到新新饭店公交站附近，一棵10多米高的悬铃木发生倒伏，拦在马路中间，对交通造成影响。交警部门随即对北山街实施临时交通管控，禁止车辆和行人通行。相关部门和园林工人迅速赶到现场，分段砍伐、逐节清理，并用吊车将粗壮树干移至路边，留出通道，北山街随后恢复畅通。西湖景区提醒游客，台风影响期间，避免前往山地易涝路段，勿在古树、广告牌、临水平台逗留，合理安排行程，尽量减少外出，注意自身安全防护。
